Returns & Exchanges & Cancellation

Please take time to read carefully our Return Policy !

 

Order Cancellation :

Order cancellations are only accepted before the product is shipped.

If cancelled after more than 24 hours, you will be charged for 15% of the order amount - order processing fee.

If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at info@livermoda.com.

 

Exchanges :

After placing the order, if you think the size of the product may not fit you, or you want to change to another style, please contact our Customer Service representative by emailing us at info@livermoda.com ,our customer service representative will reply your email within 24 hours.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.You can also place a new order before the return is processed to save time !

Please note that a handling fee of £12 will be charged. However, the second shipment will be free of charge.

 

Returns:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  

Customers are charged for shipping only once, including returns :

No restocking fee will be charged. If the return is due to consumer reasons, the consumer is responsible for shipping fees, based on the chosen express company ;

1 - If you return an item for personal reasons, such as incorrect size, personal preference, or other subjective reasons, the shipping fee will not be refunded.

2 - If the return is due to our error/quality issue (damaged or incorrect goods), we cover the shipping/Error fee.

3 -The refund will be straight into the card or PayPal you used to pay for the items originally.

4 - Items should be returned to our worldwide distribution centers in China. The return address will be communicated to you via email.

 

PayPal :

*If you ordered with PayPal, please contact us via our email : info@livermoda.com first before opening a dispute with PayPal, otherwise we may not see your request! Thank you very much!

 

Refunds : 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3-10 Business days

  

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven't received your refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, processing time can vary (3-10days in general)
